Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition/packaging.

Items shipped via untracked letter mail are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must first email us at whimsyjewelleryca@gmail.com.

Returns will only be accepted after you receive a confirmation email from Whimsy Jewellery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

All return shipments must be sent using tracked mail only. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked return packages.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
