Refund policy

  • Refund Window

    • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition/packaging.

    • Items shipped via untracked letter mail are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Non-Refundable Items

    • For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    • Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

  • Return Process

    • To initiate a return, you must first email us at whimsyjewelleryca@gmail.com.

    • Returns will only be accepted after you receive a confirmation email from Whimsy Jewellery.

    • Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

    • All return shipments must be sent using tracked mail only. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked return packages.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Processing Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
